We act solely as a facilitator. Any contract for security services is formed directly between the Client and the Provider. We are not a party to that contract and have no control over the quality, safety, legality, or performance of services provided by Providers.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. User Roles and Conduct

• Clients: You may search for Providers, submit enquiries, and communicate directly with Providers.
• Providers: You may create a company profile, list services (e.g., Event Security, Corporate Security, VIP Protection, Mobile Patrol, Construction Site Security), and respond to enquiries. You represent that all information provided (including certifications and licensing) is accurate and truthful.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Harass, spam, or send unsolicited messages.
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent our verification processes.
• Scrape, copy, or collect data from the Platform without permission.

All reviews and testimonials must be genuine and based on actual experiences.

4. Verification and Listings

We vet Providers to the best of our ability (e.g., checking public licensing information), but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or ongoing validity of any Provider’s information, certifications, or performance. Clients are responsible for performing their own due diligence before engaging any Provider.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (text, logos, images, design) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it without our prior written consent.

By posting content (e.g., reviews, profile information, or messages), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for:

• Any acts or omissions of Providers or Clients.
• Any loss, damage, injury, or delay arising from security services arranged through the Platform.
• Any content posted by users.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your interactions with other users.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
